Whoever mourns the destruction of Jerusalem will merit seeing its rejoicing. Talmud Bava Basra 60b
1) If there are two people in a city who are on their death beds, one of them is a righteous or average person (Tzadik, or a Beinoni) and the other one is an evil person (Rasha) and they both require someone to say Vidui with them before passing away, the Rasha takes precedence.
The reason for this is that the Rasha definitely transgressed sins for which there is no atonement besides death, and thus surely requires the Vidui in order for his death to facilitate atonement, while the Tzadik or Beinoni may have received Kapara via yesurim (physical or other earthly afflictions) or other methods while alive, and did not necessarily transgress any sins for which only death can atone. (See Hagahos Chochmas Shlomo from Rav Shlomo Kluger Zatzal to Yoreh Deah Siman 338:1)
2) Although there is no Mitzvah of Bikur Cholim to visit non Jewish sick people, it is still the accepted custom to visit them to avoid animosity (Mipnei Darchei Shalom) (Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah Siman 335:9)

Reader's Question:
I wanted to know if a woman who gave birth 3 weeks before 9 of Av, and nursing has to fast on Tisha B'Av?
Answer:
A nursing mother [as well as a pregnant woman] must fast on Tisha B'Av. (Shulchan Aruch Siman 554:5)
If doing so will harm the child, a Rav must be consulted.
For the first seven days after giving birth, a woman may not fast.
From day 7 until day 30 after the child is born (as is your case), a Rav must be consulted as depending on her strength she may or may not be told to fast, and may be told to fast for part of the fast etc.

Rav Shlomo Zalmen Auerbach Zatzal
A group of Kollel Avreichim approached Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach Zatzal with a sincere request: "We yearn to rise to great heights in Avodas Hashem, to become close to the Ribbono Shel Olam and to perform His Mitzvos on the highest level. However, we don't know where to begin - in which Mitzvos should we be extra careful and stringent?"
Rav Shlomo Zalman responded: "Why look for stringencies? There is no need for that. The main thing is to accept upon yourself to fulfill the Halacha on a Lechatchila level."
The Avreichim agreed to take that upon themselves, but were not satisfied. They continued to request Rav Shlomo Zalman's guidance as to how they can be extra careful in matters of Halacha and create a close relationship with the Ribbono Shel Olam.
Since it meant so much to them, Rav Shlomo Zalman acceded to their request and gave them the following advice: "All the Chumros and Hidurim are not worth a single minor Hidur in matters of Kedusha and Tzeniyus.
In matters of Kedusha and Tzeniyus, every small Hidur is immeasurable, it raises up, sanctifies, and brings a person close to his Creator, as Chazal say: 'Wherever you find safeguards against ervah, you find Kedusha.' For someone whose Neshama is thirsty for Ruchniyus, the place to begin and the area that is most important is Kedusha and Tzeniyus."
