Every time we speak Lashon hora and condemn someone, we are opening the door for the Satan to condemn us, because every time we participate in a Lashon hora discussion, we are bringing ourselves to the attention of the Satan. The lashon hora that we spoke allows the Satan access to our own portfolio of sins.
Conversely, if you don't speak lashon hora, the Satan will not speak against you (midda kneged midda - we are repaid in kind). If you don't listen to Lashon hora, then the Heavenly Court will not listen to accusations about you. It's that simple.
Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur are coming near. We all want a good judgment. We must start working on ourselves to change for the better, to deserve for HaShem to open the gates of rachamim and give us a year of only bracha. The best way to work on ourselves is by taking ONE step at a time. As time goes on, the outcome is far greater than we can ever imagine. Not only will you benefit your own families and lives, but you will change the entire world.

1) A man may not be alone with two women. (See Shulchan Aruch Even HaEzer Siman 22:5 and Taz S"K 4)
The Poskim debate whether a man may be alone with 3 adult women, and some allow it if it is during the daytime/early evening hours. This leniency should only be relied upon in cases of great necessity, and after speaking to a Rav for guidance. (See Shulchan Aruch and Rama Siman 22:5. See also Igros Moshe Even HaEzer Vol. 4 Siman 65:14 and 20 where Rav Moshe Feinstein Zatzal rules stringently in this matter)
2) However, according to all, a man may be alone with three girls ages 5 until 9.
Regarding one man being alone with two girls, ages 5 until 9, it isn't clear from the Poskim if this is better than 2 adult women or if it is the same problem, and it is best to be stringent. (See Sefer Dvar Halacha Siman10:5)

Reader Submitted Questions of interest on topics related to Halachos we covered, as well as other interesting topic and Answers. Taken from the Q & A pages on the Halacha For Todaywebsite.
Although the answers I give to questions are taken directly from the Sifrei HaPoskim, and aren't my own, they are still for study purposes only, NOT for Psak Halacha.
I would like to know, when we got the Torah did it come in a sephardic way, ashkenaz way, chassidic way or it just said straight out the halachos and everyone just keeps it their way, and if that's how it is then which way is best?
Answer:
There was only one Torah, and there still is only one Torah and there will always be one Torah.
Over the years certain things were forgotten or translated differently, so there developed different schools of thought about what certain things mean, how certain things are done etc. However, all the different cultures and groups are doing the same thing...in their unique way.
Hilel and Shamai, Rav Akiva and Rav Elazar, Rav Meir and the Chachamim, The Gaon of Vilna and the Ba'al HaTanya, Rav Akiva Eiger and the Chasam Sofer, Rav Avrohom Yitzchak Kook and the Brisker Rav, The Chazon Ish and Rav Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld, Rav Moshe Feinstein and the Satmar Rav Zichronam Livracha, Rav Ovadia Yosef shlita and Rav Yosef Shalom Elyashiv shlita...and all the sages throughout the ages always had (and will have, until Mashiach comes) differences of opinion in halacha, hashkafa, etc....but were all striving for the same truth! The truth of the holy Torah.
We serve the same Hashem and keep the same holy Torah, and are reaching for the same goal of earning Olam Haba...we just take different paths sometimes to get there.
Our holy sages, the Chazal tell us
תנא דבי אליהו כל השונה הלכות בכל יום מובטח לו שהוא בן עולם הבא, שנאמר הליכות עולם לו, אל תקרי הליכות אלא הלכות - one who studies [at least two] Halachos daily is assured a portion in Olam Haba - the world to come. (:מגילה כ"ח )
