6068 – Late Forgiveness?

Q. Rabbi Long life. Someone who was traveling and got very delayed, can he still say Selichot in that afternoon or by Mincha? How about if it’s a group, can they say also Kaddish and the Thirteen Midot?

A. Indeed, Poskim maintain that in need it is permitted with a minyan.
