Q. Thanks again for your answers. We were wondering if any other calamities historically happened on this day?

Answer

A. According to the Talmud (Sotah 35a),the Spies who slandered the Land of Israel died in the desert on that day also

in the year 1312 BCE, after suffering from a plague that lasted for 40 days starting from Av. Seventh.
