A FREE Safety and Self Defence Seminar for parents and children will be held as a community service during Chol Hamoed Pesach. The seminar will be instructed by Joel Gelfand, a Certified Krav Maga Instructor with 30 years experience in martial arts and security.The seminar will be held on Tuesday April 7 at Sharrie Tefillah Synagogue, 3600 Bathurst. There will be 2 sessions: Mothers and Daughters at 5PM, Fathers and Sons at 6PM. Participating children must be ages 10 and over.
Topics covered will include: an overview of Krav Maga, Self Defence techniques, and safety strategies.

Note: Women’s session will be fully shomer negia, audience will be practicing with trained female students.
