Mazel tov to Arthur and Bev Herzig on the birth of their granddaughter, Talia Chava ("Tali"), in New York , a daughter to Shmuel and Rebecca Herzig and a sister to Ezra. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Tirtza Spiegel, daughter of our very own David and Heather Spiegel, who attended to the delivery of Tali with great dedication and care. Mazel tov to the proud great-grandparents Lola Herzig, Harry & Sara Gorman, and Sara Frankel of Tel Aviv. Mazel tov also to all the aunts, uncles and cousins with whom this blessing is shared. Arthur and Bev also share this joy with their machatanim, Jonah and Elizabeth Turk of Thornhill, along with their entire family.
