Mazel Tov to Tovit & Chayim Rubin on the birth of a granddaughter, a daughter to Tamar & Rafi Younger. Mazel Tov to Rafi’s parents Faith & Martin Younger who are visiting with us from London and to great grandparents Malka Rubin, Rabbi & Mrs. Moshe & Sarah Stern and Gogi Younger as well as all the aunts, uncles and of course the older siblings Yair and Yishai. May the young girl grow l’Torah l’Chupah ul’Maasim Tovim and be a source of nachas to her family and all K’lal Yisrael.
