The Mishna Berurah recommendation to cut your hair on Erev Rosh Hashanah begins at the eve after Maariv or only in the morning after Shacharis?

Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit"a opinion is that you can take a haircut lichvod Rosh Hashonoh already from the prior evening and it also shows our confidence on the positive outcome of the Yom Hadin.
