Q. As we already spoke I have an important shaila. My daughter got married and had a child, and then got divorced. Is she obligated al pi halacha to still cover her hair?
Answer
A. With very limited exceptions, Rav Moshe Feinstein paskens that divorced woman are required to cover their hair in public. See Igros Moshe Even Ho’ezer (1:57, 4:32, 4. עי' בשו"ת אג"מ אהע"ז ח"א סי' נז וח"ד סי' לב אות ד).
