6123 Can a Canadian Can be a Can or Can’t?

Question

See question above. Q, Dear Rabbi, could you consult with Horav Shlomo Miller Shlit”a that since we now abode in a very cold city in Northern Canada and we sometimes place a lot of compact Kosher Schach to protect our family and small children from the common real cold and sometimes even snow or ice already on Sukkot, as much that our kids say that our very beautifully decorated Sukkah looks like a great beautiful can of frozen candies. Is that permitted?

Answer

A. As mentioned in the above question, Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that a group of clear pictures and images as truly required, should be shown to a propitious and capable Posek that understands the exact conditions presented and can rule proper accordingly.
