Q. If the Baal Tokea suffers from a bad cold does his flowing saliva become a chatzitza or separation from his mouth with the shofar, and he should not blow?
Answer
A. Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit”a opinion is that it does not become a chatzitza, as is common that some saliva condenses or enters into the shofar.
