Moreinu Long Life. We are a elderly couple considering getting married this time of the year with a second small wedding. Is it better to get married before the 17 of Tamuz and have the Sheva Brachot during the three weeks, or is it better to wait until after Tisha Beav?

Our Rabbanim maintain that it is better if possible to wait until after the end of the mourning period of the Three Weeks.
