#5927 – One More First Last Meal?

Kvod Rabenu Shlit’a. One more question, I have seen people who on Issru Chag collect all old sefarim and Torah discarded papers, also from yeshiva and school attendants, and take them to the Geniza on Shavuot Isru Chag; is there a reason for that?
