Question

See question above: If one’s keeps his Yarmulke under his hat, and it was blown away by the wind and fell off together, may he place the hat back on his head together with the Yarmulke?

Answer

Based on the above ruling, one is to beware not to place his hat and Yarmulke on his head simultaneously. (RuachChaim 2:3; Kaf Hachaim 2:6)
