Me again, as I was discussing and searching this shaila, I saw an opinion that avoids weddings on the first half of the month of Shvat, does anyone keep that in our times?

Indeed as, Poskim mention it is a rare opinion. Nitei Gavriel (Bein Hametzarim 1: 5) and others maintain that it is a rare and not kept opinion.
