#5604 Days of Joy! Really?
Question
During the days of Teshuva (from Rosh Hashana until Yom Kippur) should an Avel or mourner lead the sevices in our minyan? After all they are seen as days of joy.
Answer
Magen Avrohom (O.H. 581: 4) maintains that he should not if there is someone else who can lead the services. However other Poskim disagree. See coming question.
