#5521 A New Start to the Real End?

See questions above. Since this group constantly learns Amud Yomi, however since they do it on line they don’t usually make a Siyum, yet now on the Nine Days they want to join our special siyum in our shul of a Masechta learned there, is that correct to do?
Answer
As mentioned on last question, if they join by attending usually to a Siyum in a Shul, some are lenient and they can join and be part of it.
