Question

See question above. Can the directing Rabbi of the Levaya, play some words or pertinent music taped, or said or played by the deceased, during his burial ceremony?

Answer

Although the above is not very common, as long as it is clear to all present, that it just is a recording, it is not unusual to be done in our days.

However, in most Yeshiva settings it is commonly avoided.
