#5367 – Make Room for the Bloom!
Question
Can one make the bracha on the fruit trees when seeing the new buds on the trees or does one have to wait until the buds turn into flowers?
Answer
Shulchan Aruch (O.H. 226, based on Talmud Brochos 43) mentions that the trees are giving out flowers, not just buds, as Mishna Berura (ibid. 2) also cites.
That is also the opinion oh Horav Shlomo Miller Shlit’a.
