#5308 The Battles of the Bottles?
Question
Kevod Morenu Horav Shlit”a. If someone donated a large amount of soda bottles to his new shul for a large simcha, does he have to take care of the empty bottles? If there is a gift- promotion involved, is it for him to keep?
Answer
It stands to reason that it depends on the established traditions of each shul, that usually shuln already have, and one has to follow them. If there is a disagreement, you may have to attend a local impartial Beis Din to solve the differences.
