# 5301 – Amen to the Amen!
Question
Someone in the conversion process was told that he can’t say amen to other people’s brachas. I thought they are supposed to follow all Jewish laws and customs with the exception of completely observing Shabbos. What am I missing?
Answer
In principle there should not be a limitation for someone in his situation of being in the conversion process, to answer Amen on the blessings said.
