#5252 – Have a Happy Shabbos!
Question
If someone is usually stringent and does not wash or shower on a regular Taanit, can one on this Friday take a shower Lichvod Shabath?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that one may do all of their Shabbos preparations as usual; one can also take a shower or bath as they usually do for Shabbos. One may also have a haircut or shave.
