Can the counting of the omer be said on Friday night after maariv if it is not yet the time one finishes Shabbat.
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that one should wait, as one does in such an occasion regarding the reciting of the “Shema” and after that recite the Omer with a brocho.
