Question
Does one have to do Haga’ala (process of making kosher) to a silver vase that one uses for netilat yadaim (washing hands before eating bread) for Pesach?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit”a opinion is that it has to be cleaned properly and washed with the water it is normally used with. It does not require proper haga’alah as pots and pans that are placed on the fire do.
