Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit”a opinion is that for the use in a Kesuba, Tnaim or similar documents the writing should be;

פאסייאק - אשר בנוא דזערזי - ליקוואוד

For a get spelling the proper Beis Din involved should decide.
