– Q. See question above. If he is permitted to move the mezuza to the other side of the door, when he changes the mezuza does he make a blessing?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit”a opinion is that he does not have to recite a brocho when changing and installing the mezuza on the same frame, behind the door.
