#464 When Not Accepting Divrei Torah

Question

Someone tries to give me a piece of Torah that they have written. For whatever reason, I will never read it. Is the proper response to say:

I will never read it. Please dont give it to me. or

B. Thank you very much, take the paper and dispose of it properly?.

Horav Shlomo Millers Shlita opinion is that you should give it back and say politely that you are unable to read it.
