Question
Does a Shul or institution have to inform the attendants that they are being taped by security cameras? Does it make a difference if it is during Shabbath or not?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that one does not have to notify the attendants of being taped by security cameras as it is common and an accepted factor everywhere in our days.
