# 4463 Bless the Brake?
Question
Kvod Harav. In our shul on Yom Kippur we take a brake after Musaf for two hours and many go home to rest. When they come back and wear the Ta’alis again, do they have to make a new bracha
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that since they exited the shul leaving the ta’alis behind for an extended time, it is different from going to the bathroom and a new brocho should be recited.
