# 4415 All In Agreement?
Question
Is it permitted to engage in a prenuptial agreement before a wedding that is drawn by a non-frum lawyer?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that such a lawyer could be used when needed, however a clause must be added to this agreement, that it has to meet, maintain and keep all Torah rules and principles that apply.
