# 4179 Guest of Honor
Question
I am staying with two sets of friends this Pesach. One is very machmir *stringent) and follows Chabad minhagim. Is it okay if I do my own thing (I eat a special diet) and eat on disposable plates so I can enjoy my usual Passover cuisine?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that you have to consult with your hosts with plenty time before, and tell them in detail what are the products that you will be bringing to their table, even if you don’t share them and stay separate.
I they agree, there is no problem consuming your own accepted meal.
