# 4154 Out of a Hat
Question
If one’s hat got totally covered with heavy snow, while taking a long walk on Shabbos. Can one continue walking where there is no Eruv or one does not carry?
Answer
Yalkut Yosef (302: 9) permits. Horav Shlomo Miller’’s Shlit’a opinion is similar.
