#409 Blackmailing with Chalitza?

Is it mutar to withhold chalitzah from my brother’s widow in order to secure and blackmail her for more of the inheritance?

Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit"a opinion is that matters that are under dispute between two or more parties, should not be addressed and vented, unless all of the interested contestants are present. The right venue for your inquiry should be in front of a Bais Din as part of a Din Torah.
