Question
HoRav Miller mentioned that Erev Yom Kippur there is a possible obligation to immerse in a Mikva. If one would find it extremely uncomfortable to do so due to Tznius reasons such as a person who was not brought up with the idea of going to the Mikva or a person who would have improper thoughts there or similar may he rely on showering instead?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that in such a case it is permitted to take a shower instead.
