# 4070 Shows a Lot of Promise!
Question
When I was a kid (close to Bar Mitzva) while I was in Eitz Chaim. I made a Neder (oath) not to get married until I am 40 minimum and until I am wealthy.
How can I be matir (release me from) this Neder?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that you have to contact your Rov and have him assemble a Beis Din (court) of three people and after following the correct procedure, release you from your Neder
