# 4060 No Drinks Allowed?
Question
I keep usually the Tekufa Minhag not to drink any water at the time it starts. Tekufas Teves began, following the luach, on Thursday night(Jan.5) 10.30 PM Israel time. How long does one have to avoid drinking water?

Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that one hour suffices.
