Question
Kvod Horav. I began last year to use a hearing aid. I did not use it during Shofar blowing as pointed in your Shailos. Can it be used during the Shofar blowing during the month of Elul?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that it can be used when listening to the Shofar blowing during the month of Elul, since it is basically only a minhag.
