Question
A person who Davens Vasikin in a place where they struggle for a minyan, when there is no minyan should he daven beyechidus (no minyan) by the Netz (sunrise) or delay his Shemoneh Esrei a number of minutes past the Netz until the others will come?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that he should wait and daven with a minyan.
