A new pendant for women became recently available. It is a watch that indicates the day of Sefirat Haomer. Can women carry it on Shabbat, where there is no Eruv?

Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that if it is by itself a ’Tachshit’ or a proper jewelry adornment it is permitted.
