Question
(See questions above). If one takes one pill to remove the pain, and another one to make one fill better, as an elixir (recommended by the doctor), is that permitted also in Shabbat?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that the second pill should not be taken on Shabbos.
