# 3540 Sweeten the Pill
Question
Can someone take in Shabbos pills that remove pain when it is not excessive (Chole Kol Haguf or when he has to lay down), if diluted or mixed with food?
Answer
He may take them if the pills were diluted or mixed with food before Shabbos. (Shemiras Shabbos K’ 34: 5).
