# 3337 Resolving the Promises

Question

Can Hatotras Nedarim be done for a patient in a hospital using a cellphone? Can that be done for the benefit of a wife too?

Answer

Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that in need it can be done for both. See similar ruling in Piskei Teshuvos 581: 18: n. 140).
