Question
Can an ovel (mourner) during shloshim (first thirty days) attend a Zoom wedding and wish his close and dear family members his best wishes?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that if when he contacts them no music is being played and all he does is expressing his brochos and best wishes, it is permitted.
