# 2693 A Blessing Wife
Question
It is likely that many will be learning and davening alone this Shavuos. (And when someone stays awake the complete night, he should not recite certain brochos. He then usually asks another person who did sleep to recite them and be motze him). Can a wife be motzi her husband with elokay neshomo and hamaavir sheino?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that it can be done, and if she slept she can recite for him these two brochos.
