Question
Re- question above regarding the removal of dandruff or dust from clothing. Does the above also apply to a woman teacher? Is she also included in the obligation that a talmid chacham’s clothing should be clean at all times?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that any Jewish person, regardless of gender and age, that serves honorably Hashem, should be dressed respectfully, appropriately and in a manner befitting the important and meaningful life purpose of being a Torah observant oved Hashem. especially teachers and educators.
