# 2349 Make No Mistake About It
Question
Re - If the Baal Tokea keeps on making mistakes, can one demand from the congregation that another Baal Tokea should blow instead, or should one go to another shul if possible?
Answer
See question above. Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that one single individual cannot demand the removal of an already accepted Baal Tokea. It would require the due process established in the codes and rules of the shul. If there is a Rov in that shul, his Halacha decision is crucial.
