# 2248 Really! Again?
Question
Regarding the minhag of fasting erev Shabbos Parshas Chukas (one who is accustomed to do so or made a neder to do so), one fasted in Israel and then came to Canada or America where the parsha is leined a week later. Does he need to fast again?

See prior question (2247) on the reason for the fasting Erev Shabbos Parshas Chukas. Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that in this case, he does not need to fast again.
