# 2142 An Alcohol Problem
Question
If someone is asked in the office he works to contribute money to buy a bottle of scotch as a gift for a Non-Jewish co-worker and he finds it very difficult to say no, can he contribute during Pesach.
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s opinion is that it is permitted if when he gives the money and he stresses that it is a gift now and he has no part in the bottle to be acquired.
