Question
Can you wear the clothing of a deceased? Can you donate it to a charity that could give it to a Jewish needy?
Answer
Poskim write that there is no prohibition or a tradition not to wear he clothing of as deceased, it can therefore be used or donated to all. Yalkut Yosef (Avelus p. 385 and others) permit a son to wear the clothing of his late father.
