Question
My daily minyan davens maariv immediately after the shekiah. Which is the earliest time we can count sefira after the shekiah? When people don’t count in shul they tend to forget.
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that in the Toronto area, you may count sefira in need, around forty minutes after the shekia, depending on the date.
